Cathy Berkhout-Bosse and John Bosse have worked together as a real estate sales team in the Fonthill, Fenwick, Welland and surrounding area since 1987.  As life-long Niagara residents and highly experienced REALTORS® they know the Niagara market and its housing trends. They are also proud to be recognized as local business leaders with a passionate commitment to supporting community growth and development.

In addition to providing real estate marketing solutions Cathy is also the owner/operator of Tiger Eye Solutions, a communications consulting company that specializes in providing promotion strategies that integrate both traditional and social media marketing approaches.

In October 2009 Cathy  co-founded the www.mypelham.com community portal website along with business partner Melissa Wells of ExNihilo Web Designs.  MyPelham.com has been designed to demonstrate a new “social enterprise business model” that sustainably delivers a geographic-based community website providing economic development and tourism benefit to a small rural municipality.

Cathy Berkhout-Bosse also authors the “Real Estate View” column in the Pelham News a local Sun Media community newspaper in Niagara, Ontario.
