Niagara Association of REALTORS® March Market Report

April 7, 2015, Niagara – The Niagara Association of REALTORS® (NAR) reported 603 property sales processed through the NAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) system in March. This represents an increase of 14.2% in sales over March of last year.
The residential average sale price of $261,279 was 5.2% higher than last March. The average days on market increased from 59 to 64 in the residential freehold market, and increased from 59 to 67 in the condominium market.
