We’ve worked together as a husband and wife real estate sales team in the Fonthill, Fenwick, Welland and surrounding area since 1987. As life-long Niagara residents and highly experienced REALTORS® we know the Niagara market and its housing trends.

Since 1988 we have worked in many capacities in the Niagara real estate industry- from manager of sales force of 50 agents to self-employed real estate brokers marketing properties for individual sellers to exclusive marketing consultants for large new home developments

As highly skilled real estate professionals we develop and apply customized multi-platform marketing strategies to maximize the exposure of all our real estate listings and deliver an outstanding level of personal service to all our clients.


We are both alumni of Notre Dame College School in Welland. John is a graduate of the McMaster University Physical Education Program and Cathy is  a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. We have both expanded our professional knowledge by becoming Real Estate Brokers in 1990.

In addition to providing real estate marketing solutions Cathy is also the owner/operator of Tiger Eye Solutions, a communications consulting company that specializes in providing promotion strategies that integrate both traditional and social media marketing approaches.

In October 2009 Cathy  co-founded the www.mypelham.com community portal website along with business partner Melissa Wells of ExNihilo Web Designs.  MyPelham.com has been designed to demonstrate a new “social enterprise business model” that sustainably delivers a geographic-based community website providing economic development and tourism benefit to a small rural municipality.

Cathy Berkhout-Bosse also authors the “Real Estate View” column in the Pelham News a local Sun Media community newspaper in Niagara, Ontario

White Back BILLBill is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. He was first licensed as a Realtor in 1975 and has been a licensed broker since 1980.

Bill is a charter member of the ICI Land Accreditation of the Canadian Real Estate Association; a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame; a member of Commercial specialists, RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada and past president of the former Welland District Real Estate Board (now the Niagara Association of Realtors). He is also recognized as an “expert witness” in the Ontario legal system.

Bill has excellent experience in land development, multi-family properties, commercial/industrial property and single family residential (by referral only).

Bill is a life-long resident of Niagara and as such is very capable of serving your real estate needs.
